Network Neutrality Up for Debate

"Internet Neutrality" not something many of us think about everyday or even at all. In the current Internet world no matter what Web sites we visit they will load at the same speed. That means that Internet Service Providers give the same level of service to the small local coffee shop's web site as to Starbucks i.e. network neutrality. However, Internet Service Providers, such as ComCast and At &T are interested in developing a tiered level of service - charging different rates for different levels of service. What would this mean for daily users of the Internet?
